Details

1. Cut a 20x20 cm square from sturdy cardboard.
2. Mark 1 cm intervals along each edge with a pencil.
3. Push a needle (supervised) or pin through each mark to create holes.
4. Thread colored yarn through holes to form a geometric pattern (e.g., star).
5. Use multiple colors, ensuring even spacing for balance.
6. Discuss how yarn placement and colors create proportional patterns.
